It is a caffeine free tea, with no artificial fragrances.
Usage: fill the tea bag with the appropriate herb quantity approximately 2 gr, secure your tea bag on the pot using one of our wooden sticks, pour almost boiling water (95°C), the optimal brewing time is 5-7 minutes.
