Monastrell / Mourvedre aged 9 months in barrel, dark red-ruby color with purple reflections on the edges, intense nose of red and black berries, spices and a subtle woody note, with a complex taste dominated by balsamic and toast aromas. It has an elegant structure, generous tannins and a pleasant, fruity and long aftertaste. It can be combined with fish specialties, grilled red meat, fine sausages and ripened cheeses.
