How to use Egg noodle with mushroom cream and truffles for 4 people:
250g noodles with egg
1 jar of porcini mushroom cream with truffles
In a large skillet, heat the truffle cream for two minutes, add cream and stir, then remove from the heat. Cook the noodles in two liters of boiling salted water for about three minutes. Drain and mix in the pan with the cream of mushrooms and truffles. Sprinkle each portion with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
Ideal for 6-8 people.
Ingredients: 70% porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and others in the group) depending on the origin of the lot, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices, white truffles 0.5% (Tuber magnatum Pico) origin ITALY.
