Ingredients: Duck foie gras 50%, pork, pork fat, EGG white, Black Périgord Truffles 3%, duck liver, pork liver, salt, Armagnac, gelatin, black Périgord truffle juice 0.5%, pepper, sugar.

Usage tips: Place your pâté in the refrigerator at least 24 hours before tasting it. Delicious as an aperitif toast, or as a starter with country bread. You will also appreciate it on a gourmet plate made up of our foie gras specialties or to enrich a Périgord salad. Consume soon after opening.

Directions for use: After opening, store in the refrigerator, and consume within 48 hours.
